The Alt-SAT Module is often cited as the biggest headache in pyrometry. C3 Data makes the Alt-SAT process an afterthought. Literally, everything is done in the background for you.
There are two potential triggers for an Alternate SAT to be performed.
A calibration is performed on the Load TC system
A new sensor is placed on a Load TC system
C3 Data’s software knows when both of these events occur. It happens either using the CAL module or via sensor tracking (free with any module). Each time a Calibration is performed, or a wire cert is updated on a furnace, C3 Data creates the documentation for your Alt-SAT tests and waits for QA to review and approve. No extra effort is required. C3 Data eliminates the chance that someone forgets to do the work.
C3 Data even looks back at each TC cert that existed on each instrument after calibration and checks that all of those sensors passed the alt-SAT test incorporating the new “As-Found” Calibration value!
3rd Party Digital Integration: A rapidly growing list of Calibration Laboratories use C3’s Alt-SAT module. Test results flow directly into their customer’s C3 Data portal, allowing an unmatched collaboration between labs and their customers.
