Digital Thermocouple Integration: C3 Data's growing list of Thermocouple Integration Partners enables heat treaters and pyrometry labs to digitally access their chosen thermocouple suppliers' calibration database. In seconds, a digital copy of all thermocouple calibration data and a PDF of the certificate are instantly entered into the heat treater or pyrometry lab's C3 Data account.     

17025 Accredited Lab Integration: A growing list of C3-integrated Calibration Laboratories use the C3 Data to calibrate their customers' FTIs (Field Test Instruments). The calibration results of the FTI can flow seamlessly into the heat treater’s C3 Data account free from human error, allowing for an unmatched level of collaboration between the lab and the heat treater. 

Collaboration between accredited pyrometry labs and heat treaters can optionally extend to enable the lab to use C3’s CAL Module and/or TUS Module to perform tests on behalf of the heat treater. These reports flow seamlessly and instantly from the pyrometry lab to the heat treater within the C3 Data system.
